The GOA Infra Foundation organises and manages all the divisions of  GOA Infra Group, through her staff and administration. Under the supervision of the GOA Infra Foundation there are seven divisions that have tasks concerning the development and carrying out of projects about quality, schooling and career planning. These are:
Infra Personnel, Infra Commercial, Infra Facility, Infra Knowledge, Infra Quality, Infra Project and Infra College. GOA Infra organises and manages activities for their own learning employees as well as for the employees of participating companies in the region. The knowledge area and executing tasks are influenced by the influx, the moving on and the prevention of early leave of professionals.
